Alternative Parts, Inc. is the manufacturer and distributor of replacement parts for Amada Machinery. The company was founded to provide you with another source of obtaining parts for your equipment. An Alternative. Since inception, we have committed ourselves to serving our growing customer base with the best quality parts at competitive prices. Our complete product line has been designed and manufactured to original OEM specifications. Without substituting quality, we offer prices that reflect 10% to 70% discounts.
All orders received for stock items are shipped the same day with next day deliveries available to customers with emergency situations. The customer’s needs dictate our inventories. For this reason, our product line is constantly being expanded. If it is not possible to locate a particular part in our catalogue, do not hesitate to inquire as to product availability. We welcome all requests for quotations on unlisted items.
Within the contents of this catalogue, we offer you a means of prolonging the life of your machine. Proper periodic maintenance coupled with the correct timing of replacing wearable parts is the combination needed to secure longevity for your equipment.
Alternative Service, Inc. provides service for all Amada Fabricating Equipment. Service Contracts are available which will include a 10% discount on select parts.

TERMS OF SALE
10% SALES DISCOUNT: Customers that attain a $9,000 level in part sales over a period of 12 months are eligible for a 10% Discount on all orders thereafter. Customers must maintain an annual sales volume of $9000 to continue qualification for this special Discount.
CREDIT: API extends open account privileges to all qualified Enterprises that furnish 3 trade references and one bank reference. We will ship all orders UPS/COD until satisfactory credit is established. A credit application will be supplied upon request.
PAYMENT TERMS: As stated above or thirty days after date of issue of invoice. Past due accounts will be subject to 1 ½ % monthly service charge. Delinquent accounts will revert to COD status until a satisfactory review of the account is completed. Issuers of returned checks will be charged $20.00 to cover bank fees.
SALES TAX: If your purchase is considered TAX EXEMPT, please indicate such at time of order placement. We are required to have a valid Tax Exempt Certificate on file before we are allowed by the State of New York to exempt a sale from tax collection. Sales tax will be added to the invoice of those orders not exempt from sales tax.
DELIVERY: All orders receive immediate attention; stock items are normally shipped same day via UPS. In the unlikely event that the item you need is not available from stock; we can almost always meet your requirements within 10 days.
FREIGHT: Shipments weighing over 100 pounds will be shipped by common carriers unless otherwise instructed by customer. Consult your Local Agent for truck rates.
RETURN POLICY: Goods may be returned only after receiving approval and authorization from our sales department. Returned goods may be subject to a 10 - 20% restocking fee.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without advance notification. All shipments will be invoiced at prices prevailing on the date of shipment.
LIMITED WARRANTY: We warrant that most of our products of manufacture will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from date of delivery to the original user. Any defects in material or workmanship will be corrected by repair or replacement of the product F.O.B. our plant. Electrical and computer control boards and accessories are warranted for 30 days. Since it is not possible for API to monitor the manner of use of electrical and computer components, the 30 day warranty may be voided by direct damages caused by the purchaser. The voiding of the 30 day warranty will be determined exclusively by API’s technicians.
CORE RETURN POLICY: Parts that have a core return value may be returned within 30 days for credit. The credit is determined by “economic repair value.” Full or partial credits will be issued after evaluation. Please call our sales department for further information regarding potential credits on your old worn out motors, valves, power supplies, etc.
